Needs recall: The patient is incomplete for this review or investigation. You'll see the number of recalls we've read from your EHR.

Recalling in Planner: You'll be able to see the number of recalls you've attempted so far in Planner with a special icon.

Recalling for multiple blood tests or lifestyle questions: You'll see that different blood tests and lifestyle questions are grouped in tiles to keep it simple.

Booked: The patient has been booked in for this review/investigation.

Suvera: If you are a Virtual Clinic Partner, any patients being looked after by Suvera will have a white tile with the Suvera logo to show that you do not need to recall them for this target area.

Complete: The patient is complete for this review or investigation.
