Written walkthrough

The first page you’ll see in Planner is the new recall table. This table shows where patients are up to with their care.

Tiles for each patient show the progress of target areas, reviews, and investigations, allowing you to know which patients need to be progressed at a glance for both your practice and Suvera's team.

For our Virtual Clinic partners, you can swap between 3 views:

1. Suvera - Shows all patients that Suvera is supporting.
2. Practice - Shows all patients that are under the practice's care, or have been discharged from the Suvera service.
3. All - Shows all patients regardless of assigned care, allowing you to see a combined view of all patients.
