Discharge a patient from Suvera
If you are a Virtual Clinic Partner, from time to time you might want to discharge a patient from our service. You can discharge a patient that sits in the Suvera category easily.

Step 1

Simply search for a patient using the search bar, or find them in your recall table.

 

 

Step 2

Once you’ve clicked into their profile, select the 'Options' button and click 'Discharge from Suvera'

 

 

 

 

Step 3

When you press this button, a modal will appear and ask you to select a reason.

 

 

 

Step 4

Once you have selected a reason, hit Submit. Once submitted, this information will be picked up by our team who will review this request and discharge the patient.

 

 

Reactivating a patient

Importantly, any patient you discharge remains in our system, which means you can reactivate them if you need to.

 

To do this, simply create a new referral from the patient’s profile page or get in touch with our team at [email protected].
