Needs recall: The patient is incomplete for this review or investigation. You'll see the number of recalls we've read from your EHR.

Proactive recall opportunity: The patient isn't clinically due for this investigation yet (e.g. it's only been 6 months since their last annual HbA1c) but it hasn't been done this QOF year and is clinically safe to repeat.

Recalling in Suvera: You'll be able to see the number of recalls you've attempted so far in Suvera with a special icon.

Recalling for multiple blood tests or lifestyle questions: You'll see that different blood tests and lifestyle questions are grouped in tiles to keep it simple.


Booked: The patient has been booked in for this review/investigation.

Suvera: If you are a Virtual Clinic partner, any patients being looked after by our care team will have a white tile with the Suvera logo to show that you do not need to recall them for this target area.
