Step 1

To get access to Suvera Recall, please fill in this form. Once you've been given access, you can log in to Planner with your NHSmail details. To do so, simply click the Continue with NHSmail button on the login page.

Step 2

Once you have logged in, you'll see the recall table. You'll see all patients and where they are up to with their care. You can see the completion state of each patient’s target areas, reviews, and investigations.

Assigned care (so Virtual Clinic partners can see if a patient has been assigned to Suvera's Virtual Clinic)

You can also sort the table by:

• Highest UCLP risk (for more on UCLP risk, read our article here)
• Closest to completion
• Furthest from completion
• Investigations most overdue to least overdue
