What are contact limitations?
Some patients can't be sent SMS automations in Suvera Recall. They have this icon on them, which you can hover over to find out why:

We read codes in your EHR to identify these patients who:
- have no mobile number
- declined consent to SMS
- live in a care home
- are housebound
- are in palliative care
- are digitally excluded
- are under 18
You can always click Advanced filters at the top of the screen to filter these patients in or out. You can multi-select to find the exact patient criteria you want.

If you filter to get a list of patients with contact limitations, you can recall patients by phone or letter and log the recalls in Planner to automatically code in the invites and create their blood forms.
