What information can I see about my patients?
You can see up-to-date patient info without leaving Planner

Step 1

Clicking anywhere on a patient's row on the recall table will open their profile.


If you're looking for a specific patient, you can search for them by entering their NHS number into the search field in the top-right corner.


Step 2

From here, you’ll be able to see the following information:

  • Patient demographics, like their NHS number, date of birth, and phone number
  • This patient’s overall complete or incomplete target status
  • This patient's status for all their investigations, e.g. blood tests, which they need for their long-term conditions and high-risk medications. See when it was last complete, when it's due next and what for (see how we calculate due dates here)
  • The date and time this patient was last synced with the EHR
  • Any SMS automations (see how to send them here)
