Suvera Recall automatically sends Swiftqueue links and other custom instructions to patients who need their bloods done at hospital. Just tell us your preferred instructions when we set up your account, and our SMS automation will be customised for your patients.

The blood forms will be automatically ordered in ICE/tQuest every time you recall patients, but they won't be attached to the SMS. If your patients need a printed form, the SMS can include an instruction for them to pick up their form at reception before their blood test. Alternatively, you can download the blood form as a PDF in ICE/tQuest and send it to the patient as you normally would.
