How often does information sync with EMIS and S1?

Whenever you take an action in Suvera Recall, it's coded into EMIS and S1 immediately. When you take actions in EMIS and S1, then it'll update in Suvera later.

EMIS

We read patient data in EMIS daily. Every morning, EMIS sends us a list of updates to your patient data which have happened in the past 24 hours. We add every patient update to Planner.

If a patient's data hasn't changed, we won't update the patient in Suvera. We'll refresh the patient data every 2 weeks anyway, but it should never be more than 24 hours out of date.

S1

We read patient data from S1 every 2 weeks. Every patient's data syncs are staggered so some patients you might see were updated yesterday, some the day before, and some the week before. On average the information will be 1 week old. You'll be able to see the date and time the patient's data was last synced when you click on the patient in Suvera.

Soon, S1 patient data will be syncing daily too! We're working on it.
