Suvera Recall creates blood forms in ICE and tQuest in the background, without you needing to do anything!

Forms are created anytime you recall a patient for bloods or uACR.

• If you log a manual recall by phone or letter, then forms are created in ICE/tQuest as soon as you click Save.
• If you start an SMS automation, then forms are created in ICE/tQuest as soon as you click Start Recall.

It is quite instant in tQuest but may take a couple minutes in ICE.

The blood forms are always created intelligently for your patients:

• They'll be postponed requests for sample collection later, to ensure the forms never go stale and are always editable.
• The requesting clinician will be automatically assigned to the patient's registered GP.
• We will enter free-text clinical details into the form where necessary.
