How do I onboard to Suvera Recall from scratch?

If you're interested in trying Suvera, you might be curious about how to get started! Email us at [email protected] and we'll go through these steps together:

  1. Sign our data processor agreement. This kicks things off!
  2. Sign EMIS's data sharing agreement. This allows us to use EMIS Bulk API to sync daily with your EMIS, so Suvera Recall data always stays fresh.
  3. Add Suvera as an admin user in EHR so that our platform can read and write into patients' records. Follow these steps for S1 and follow these steps for EMIS.
  4. Send us your EMIS/S1 org code, user names and passwords.
  5. Send us your "SMS sender ID" so that any SMSs sent to patients in Suvera come from the surgery's ID. You can find your sender ID in AccuRx under the “Workspace” tab, you will see “SMS sender ID”.
  6. Send us your preferred appointment types for different LTC reviews, e.g.:
    • Appointment type for different LTC reviews
    • Appointment type for blood test (if it's different)
    • Appointment type for foot check (if it's different)
    • Appointment type for someone with multiple LTCs to review (2 LTCs, 3 LTCs, 4 LTCs, 5 LTCs - do you need a longer appointment type or a specific clinician?)
    • Do you prefer a specific practitioner for any of these appointments?
