Suvera Recall automates:

Step 1
To recall a patient, click the purple Recall button.

Step 2
Preview Suvera's suggested recall for this patient. You'll be able to see the types of Investigations, Questionnaires and Reviews that have been automatically selected by Suvera. You'll also be able to see the SMSs which have been drafted. If you're happy, you can click Start Recall. Everything will be coded into EMIS/S1 and the blood form will be viewable and editable in ICE/TQuest.
If the patient doesn't book an appointment or investigation relevant to their recall, they will automatically get their reminder SMS 7 days later.
Step 3 (Optional)
If you'd like to change anything, simply click Edit and you'll be able to change anything in the recall, preview the questionnaire questions, or tweak the SMS copy.

The first SMS is sent to the patient immediately, and the sequence begins. You will see the recall attempt logged on the patient's tile like this.
