Proactive recall is another smart feature of Suvera's AI-assisted recall.

Investigations are highlighted as proactive recall opportunities when they aren't clinically due yet (e.g. it's only been 6 months since their last annual HbA1c) but it hasn't been done this QOF year and is clinically safe to repeat.

Our algorithm uses the following rules to define these proactive opportunities:

• If the normal frequency of this investigation is ≥6 months, it qualifies as opportunistic if:
• • it hasn’t been done this QOF year
  • AND it’s been at least 3 months since the last test
• If the normal frequency is <6 months, it qualifies as opportunistic if 2/3 of the interval time has passed.

Proactive recall opportunities have dotted lines around them and are automatically added onto your SMS automations and blood forms.
